I found that if I split up my shakes in the first week it helped a lot as all I could think of was food. I also add tablet sweetner to make it taste better.
I swig my water from a sports bottle as its easier to drink that way.
Try and keep busy too.
Hi and welcome. Yes you can get through the first day if you really want it. Drink plenty of water, stay busy and keep your goals in mind, that really will help. Get this first week out of way and it really does get a lot easier.
Hiya and welcome! I never thought I would be able to cope with not eating, could eat for Britain before I started this - and I'm not exaggerating!
First day was fine, by day four I felt a bit hungry, but am now almost through my fourth week, and its so easy I can't believe it. Don't even think about food any more, even when I'm sitting with people who are eating. Big bonus is that I've gone from a size 24/26 to almost fitting into a size 18 already!
Drink your water as much as you can up to the 4 litre limit, I find having mine really really cold helps. I also make water/tea/coffee icelollies for a treat. Sparkling water helps to fill you up too.
