Extra Easy NEWBIE - 1/3 plate Superfoods?!!!?

    Hi Everyone!

    I am joining SW on 2nd Jan after buying the magazine!

    I am really looking forward to starting the plan and very excited and getting started. :p

    A little question though, can anyone explain to me the 1/3 plate of superfoods on Extra Easy? I have heard about this on the forum but the magazine doesn't really give anything away regarding this?

    Do these have to be veggies? I am not a big veg lover and was wondering what else could be subsituted for this?

    Hi there,
    the magazine doesn't fully explain things - this is to get you to join a group to get the full story which has worked in your case and is the best thing to do!!
    Superfree foods are foods which are free on red and green plans and basically are all veg (not pots, peas or sweetcorn) all fruit, eggs, cottage cheese, fat free yoghurt.

    If you like some veg then eat the veg you like. It's about getting the balance right with your meals. It's not essential to have a third superfree but it does help.
