Hi Everyone!
I am joining SW on 2nd Jan after buying the magazine!
I am really looking forward to starting the plan and very excited and getting started.
A little question though, can anyone explain to me the 1/3 plate of superfoods on Extra Easy? I have heard about this on the forum but the magazine doesn't really give anything away regarding this?
Do these have to be veggies? I am not a big veg lover and was wondering what else could be subsituted for this?
