NEWBIE! Any tips??

Hi

I started S.F on Monday, so today is day 6. I was naughty and had pizza on thursday and I'm having a roast tomorrow... :eek: but I've been trying really hard to resist the cakes brought in at work and eating chocolate and ice cream.

I'm 5"2 and 10st 3, so want to lose a stone. I'm hoping to lose 2-3llb a wk so I'm hoping its not going to take more than 6wks to reach my goal.

I don't do any excercise at the mo and have yet to start! I'm thinking about joining a local class each wk cos the gyms too expensive and after a long day I talk myself out of going!!

So far I've only tried the choc shakes but Im trying the others this wk. I really like the snack bars but eat one for my mid morning, afternoon and my time snacks! I feel guilty, like I'm snacking too often, even though I'm allowed I feel like i shouldn't be snacking unless Im really really hungry...

So if anyones got any tips or advice, or proven theories on making this work let me know!!!

As long as your evening meal is a 600 calorie counted meal the snacks are fair game, that's the joys of SF it tastes too good to feel like a 'diet'

If you plan on having a night where you have a pizza or a Sunday Roast (Sunday roast can be done at 600 calories it's all about portion size) then maybe you could cut out a snack or several to cover the extra calories you're going to have from the pizza/roast

Thank u... I've only had the one snack bar today to prepare for tomorrow's roast! And i tried the banana ready made shake; very nice! Better than the choc one! I'm weighing on Monday... I had a sneaky peak this morning and I've only shifted 1lb :eek:( so hopefully I'll have better news Monday!
