    Hello,
I'm new to this forum posting so was hoping for some help re weigh in's & teams and how it works?
I've weighed in for the first time this morning and will weigh in Monday mornings.
This is my second time on WW I started Feb 2008 and did really well until last Oct then let it slide & picked up then slide and picked up in Jan then by May I was gaining and staying the same until I stopped going to meetings as my heart just wasn't in it. I managed to go from 13st 6 to my lowest was 11st 11 so I was only 11lbs from idea BMI range so i'm very annoyed with myself to weigh in at 13st 9 today!!! (although not suprised as i'm struggling to get in any of my size 14's and got a new pair of jeans from Next Directory in a size 16 and about 2" from fastening!!!) I am not buying new clothes so will squash in 14's untill I can buy new 14's then 12's I hope!!
I would very much like a stone off for January as planning a holiday to Cuba and feel like a beached whale at the moment so I know that stone would make a big difference!
Anyway i've enjoyed reading some of your diaries and look forward to sharing points ideas - i'm not doing meetings this time as have all the stuff and think I feel motivated enough to save the money and go it alone!
    Caz

Sounds like your really up to the challenge.

I too and doing ww at home myself as i am too tight to fork out £5 per week to get weighed.
I used to go to ww meetings before i fell pregnant with ds2. I lost 2 stone in weight and felt like a million dollars. After i had ds2 i felt good as i was only 1 stone over weight but over the month i piled on a few more pounds and my clothes felt alot tighter

The first couple of weeks getting back into the swing of things were difficult but once i started to feel my clothes getting looser and looser i felt more motivated than ever.

Good luck and i look forward to tracking your progress

    Vickyx

Just wanted to say Good Luck on WW. I'm returning to it for the 3rd time and I found last time that the people on here are really supportive and it helps to keep you motivated.
