AMEN to that!!
Im 4lb from target, and im NOT going to put on over christmas!!
I have gained weight twice on plan 1) star week 2) on hols, other than that loss every week !!

Another 2lb off this week!!! So 3lb to go till GOAL!! \o/. 37lb in less than 20 weeks
The only thing I wished I'd done different is JOINED SOONER.... ;0)
