I have been lurking about on this forum for some time and finally have decided to take the plunge and go for it. I will be starting S&S tomorrow. Everyone on here seems soo supportive and great at giving advise. wish me luck and look forward to getting to know you all

You'll need some willpower the first week as you will already know if you've read some of the posts but once you get that out of the way it gets much easier. And if you stick to it this diet definitely works and the pounds simply melt away.

Going good so far

Half way thru my day and so far i am managing, soo pleased i don't have a headache i think thats down to cutting back on my carbs a few days before i started which also helped in giving me a mini loss of 4.2lbs. 1st S&S W/I is on Sunday
