Newbie Day 1 Pro Points

Well it's Monday and day 1 of the new Pro Points diet :D

New Year New Me :eek:

I managed to loose about 3 stone a few years ago on the old plan, so I'm hoping this new plan will do a similar job.

Unfortunately I slipped into very bad habits and put it all back on :cry:

On the old plan I had a book that gave you the points values of basic foods for example a medium egg or baked potato?

Is there a similar book for the Pro Points?

Yeah theres a a few in the leaflet you get with the pack buts it's not as complete as the "Time to eat" one I had orginally.

Was hoping there was something better :)
