Hi, just wanted to check I am following EE principles correctly. Started on SW today so far I have had

2 eggs scrambled, no butter or milk
60g bread

350ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee

Baked potato
Prawns mixed with 1 1/2 tbs of lighter than light mayo with dash of tomato ketchup
strawberries and raspberries with fat free yogurt

planning to have for dinner
quorn sausages
baked beans
mashed potato, no butter or milk
strawberries, rasberries, melon with fat free yogurt and meringue nest

todays syns = 7

Any comments would be great, thank you :)

Only tip I can mention is to maybe increase your superfree foods at mealtimes....each meal
Should be 1/3 superfree (and the weeks I've ignored this are the weeks I've had poor losses so there is some magic to it!) and although it's ok to someone's have fruit as a side, you then need to leave 1/3 of your plate empty....the idea of the superfree is to stop you from going overboard with the carbs! Maybe have some tinned toms and mushrooms with breakfast, some salad with lunch and something green with tea like green beans or broccoli.
