Hey all - newbie calling!
Just started SW eating plan - joined SW last Tuesday 16/03/2010 and so far I'm finding it pretty good!
Like a lot of people have mentioned here I am finding that I'm eating a lot of food!! Perhaps more than I expected I would but let's see how weigh-in goes on Tuesday - if I've lost 2lbs or over I will seriously jump for joy because I can eat so much and still lose weight!!
Anyway I'm posting my food diary since I started SW from Wednesday 17th March then will post daily there after.
At the moment I'm doing EE every day but I guess that might change at some point!
All food free apart from when stated.
Wednesday 17th March - good day!
Breakfast: Chopped banana, tinned grapefruit (2 syns) with muller light and 28g Granola (6 syns)
HExA: 250ml semi-skimmed milk in tea and coffee throughtout day
Snacks: 2 satsumas, apple, grapes
Lunch: Pasta salad with tuna, salad veg and 0.1% fromage frais
Snack: HiFi Bar (HExB)
Dinner: SW Spag Bol
Total Syns: 8
Exercise: 20 mins exercise bike and 15 mins walking
Thursday 18th March - good day
Breakfast: Chopped banana, tinned grapefruit and pears (4 syns) over mullerlight yoghurt and 28g Granola (6 syns)
HExA: 250ml semi-skimmed milk in tea and coffee throughtout day
Snacks: 3 satsumas, grapes, apple
Lunch: Lots of salad, raw veg, egg, small brown roll (HExB), vine leaves stuffed with rice
Dinner: SW chips, mushy peas, fried egg (with Fry light), total 0% greek yoghurt with artifical sweetner
Total syns: 10
No exercise
Friday 19th March - Too many Syns day but still OK!
Breakfast: Chopped banana, pineapple, tinned pears (2 syns) over mullerlight and 28g Granola (6 syns) - I am not adventuring past this current brekkie at the moment because I'm really enjoying it but at some point I think I will have to have a free brekkie so I can enjoy some chocolate!
HExA: 250ml semi-skimmed milk in tea and coffee throughtout day
Snacks: apple, satsumas, plums, grapes, HiFi Bar (HExB)
Lunch: 2 Jacket Sweet Pototoes with baked beans
Dinner: Arribiata Pasta from Italian Takeaway (12 syns) with Salad
Total Syns: 20
Exercise: 30 mins aerobics
Will post the rest of the week's eating in separate posts! Feel like I'm eating loads / too much!!
