Newbie - Hello

Hi, Just came across this website on my hunt for zero point soup and thought I'd join you all.
I joined WW for the 2nd time last year and lost just over half a stone, I then became a helper and my weight went up and down by a few pounds each week. I weighed in this week after a 4 week break and am right back to the weight I was when I joined last year.
So new year and this has to be the year I lose the weight.. so I am back into tracking and pointing !

Hi Kate, I too have been a WW helper and I have started WW for the umpteenth time :)

I think it is more difficult if it's not the first time but I am determined an you can do it too :) xx
