Newbie - Hello

Hi guys.. I am a newbie to JUDDD. Have tried every diet you can think off but never manage to stay focused long enough! I have read quite alot about JUDDD and so I am giving it a try!

I started on Tuesday with a dd and although I have managed to stick to it so far, haven't managed to keep my calories below 500 yet!

My dd's have been 697, 572 & 550!

My up days have been between 1400 & 1700 cals!

I am enjoying the freedom and control so hopefully I can continue.. My first weigh jn will be Tuesday after a dd

I am hoping for some sort of a loss!!

Have read quite a few diaries on here so thank you all for the inspiration!
 
Ok so got weighed this morn.. My first week and I have lost 2.5lbs!! I am happy with that.

Think I had way too many calories today however so strict 500 for me tomoro!
