I'm new to Slimming World, I'm an online member been at it for 3 weeks now and have lost 7.5lb
What I am trying to figure out is how to get the most from the online Food Diary, which I find perplexing! Is there a way of adding a fraction of something when logging syns? For instance I quite often cook for me and the other half and use say a whole teaspoon of olive oil in a recipe for 2 or 3 people so want to log the portion of oil that I consume but I can't figure how!
I previously did WW which was much easier to use online, I'm finding SW's website somewhat frustrating
