    Hey all!

    Thought I should come on & introduce myself have been reading the posts and think this site is fab.

    Im not new to WW, managed to lose 3 stone on it before went from 12st to 9st but now have managed to get myself up to almost 15st EEEK.

    Weighing myself tomorow morning and starting ww again from then.

    One question , ATM I have digital scales which are ok, but dont tell u 1/2 lb loss or gain, would it be worth while to go and buy a new set on non digital scales?

    Welcome, my scales only show in pounds as well and im happy with that. Good luck with your journey

    Mine do little points beside the stones and pounds but I never really pay much attention to that! I think the little .5s do matter though...if you think that they matter to you change it x You'll lose again if you did it before x Can't wait to see your progress Nadine! x

    I prefer my digital scales but I have to admit I only go by lbs not the extra bits beside it, I figure itll all work its self out in the end lol Depends how important an extra half a pound is lol

    the first day!!! been okay (famous last words)!!!

    2 x bread 2
    2 x lc xlight 1 = 3

    grapes 1 = 1

    lettuce tomato cucumber onion 0
    olives 0.5
    tuna 2
    cottage cheese 2
    2 figs 2.5 = 7

    ww choc cake 1.5
    cerealbar 1.5 = 3

    chicken breast 2
    2 tbs tomato ketchup 0.5
    diet coke, worester sauce, red onion, mushroom, garlic 0
    60g rice 3
    half pint milk 1
    frusili 1.5 = 8

    2 x toffee sweets 1.5
    carrot sticks 0
    crisps 1
    bovril 0
    crunchy tube 0.5 = 3

    25/25. possibly be munching some sugar free jelly if it hurrys up n sets.
    ps how much have i ate today owaaa all within points though suppose could be worse.

    aaaaaah f%$kk just redone points quiz n cos i turned 21 on mon im only allowed 24 points :( so im already -1 points, whoops!
    oh well, lol

    Well after posting my yesterdays food diary i decided i should go get a mcdonalds and eat loadsa choc damn totm lol.

    well hopefully i can be good till wi on sat.

    todays food

    special k berry bliss 2
    skim milk 0.5 = 2.5

    2 x bread 2
    ww tuna 1 = 3

    lettuce, tomato, cuc, onion 0
    10 olives 0.5
    100g salad cheese 4
    pitta bread 2
    yog 1
    peach 0.5 = 8

    fudge bar 2
    cereal bar 1.5
    mini ryvita 1.5
    banana 1 = 6

    19.5 / 24 serious clawback.

    please give me some motivation:cry:

    Hey hun welcome :) ... we all do it! plan our wonderful menus for the day and then go buy a mc donalds or that yummy cake weve seen in tesco! think we have all had days like that and TOTM is evil! doesnt care atall that were on a diet! why dont our bodies crave cucumber or lettuce! lol ....
    Just take it a day at a time or even a meal at a time hun you can do this! ... if you need some inspiration maybe try and have a read of some diaries or look through the photo gallery

    Uh Ohhhhh!

    :eek:Well ... today was another bad day!!! had about 19297446644725575 choc covered coffee beans decided changing wi day to tomorow so fress start will wi tomorow and restart then. is this a terrible idea?
