Newbie here :)

Hi there,

I'm new here. I'm not new to dieting however but I'm looking to change my relationship with food to something a little more healthy. I've always had a problematic relationship with food and diet and want to change how I react to it, but still continue to loose weight and get to a size and weight I feel comfortable with, reach the goals I set for myself at the start of my diet in September of 07.
 
Hi and welcome, so how do you plan to do that then? have you decided on any particular diet.
