Newbie.... Is this ok?

Hi there. It's my first day today, I've not been hungry, so I'm a bit wary it's going to work!

B: clementine, banana and blueberries with a Shape fat free yogurt
S: skinny latte (hex a)
L: was out - had a tuna Nicole salad (no dressing) and a very small dish of penne arriabatta (tomatoes, onion and chilli)
S: 2 x hi life lite rocky road bars (hex b)
D: lamb stew (carrots, sweet potato, onion, lamb, turmeric, coriander, stock, tinned toms) with bulgar wheat. Mullet fat free Greek yoghurt for pudding (1/2 syn)

Also had 4 mikado sticks (2 syns)

Not sure if the arriabatta sauce had oil so have left some syns just in case.

Does this look ok?
 
That say it isn't a diet but a change in habits...but if you follow it 100% then you will lose weight. I put on 1.5lbs tonight - not happy but have just got to put it down to Xmas lol.

Drawing a line now......
