Extra Easy Newbie - joined SW today

Hi everyone!

I joined my local SW group tonight, I had already lose 6 stone on my own through exercise and cutting back however I managed to put a stone back on over the past couple of months so have joined SW to get a refocus and the benefits of support from a group.

First off - the consultants scales were not nice!! I was 6lb heavier than I thought I was weighing in at 16 3 - so I have set myself the task of getting as close to 15 7 as possible by next week. I appreciate that the first week is mainly water but any suggestions anyone has for how to kick my diet off with a bang are welcome

Thanks - I've been writing everything down and have been trying to make sure I have at least half superfree food on my plate. I struggled at first as I hadn't been shopping but I'm getting use to the plan and it's getting easier.

I'll create a food diary in the right forum and link to it here - feel free to critique
