Newbie looking for info.

Hello, im starting today on the simplicity plan.
I understand the 4 sachets a day part. What im looking for information on is the "optional milk & veg"
Obviously I want to stay inside the right amount of calories and also ketosis.

Am I allowed 150ml of skimmed milk or not?

Also could I have x amount of vegetables with my evening meal and if so how much?
