Newbie- meal help

Hi all


As a former Slimming worlder I'm used to eating huge portions and can adapt any meal to the plan, there in lies my problem, I'm on day 2 of ww, I can't think if meal ideas that are low pp as most of my regular meals r pasta/potato heavy!

Can you post ur favourite low propoint meals please?!

If I were you I'd probably adapt your recipes again and just change the potato/pasta ratio to more veggies which are 0pp x
 
Butternut Squash!!! Goes with anything and everything and bulks a meal out :) I sprinkle a bit of paprika or Cajun on mine, delicious!!!
