Newbie..might need clarifyin on my points

I dont have the books or calculator yet, so using an online one and having mainly WW branded foods

Brekkie
Weetabix minis with skimmed milk - 4 points

Snack -
WW Vanilla yoghurt and a alpen bar - 1.5 points

Lunch -
A italian chicken style WW wrap - 4.5

Tea
A weightwatchers ready meal, casserole in red wine gravy with a slice of WW bread - 5 points

Snack
Pack of WW cheesy puffs and choc and vanilla mousse - 3

18 points :)

That seems about right to me..im fairly new on the WW scene myself but looks ok to me hun. To be honest, if you are mostly using WW branded stuff you cant really go far wrong as every item is clearly pointed for you on the packaging..which i find really handy!:) Have you got a book ordered? I dont have a calculator, just use the book and the chart that came with it and i find thats all i need to work everything out x x

oooh im not too sure hunni..see i had a free voucher to go to a weightwatchers meeting..i think the idea was to obviously continue with the meetings afterwards but cant really afford that so just went along to the first, got weighed and they gave me the little folder which has a book within giving you points values for majority of food groups and also a little chart where you can work out your points by lining up the sat fat and calories etc..so yeh, i would imagine that is the starter pack? Sorry sweet, that prob aint been much help to you x x

no the starter pack has all the complete books in it. thats an idea, why dont u go to the free registration and meeting becks, and get the basic folder then you can buy the calculator instead of the starter pack of books.

Had abit of sweet tooth tonight! But still within my points, 18.5.

Gained some activity points but nor sure if I'll eat anything else tonight, might just have a coffee :)
