Newbie needing help!

Hi all,

This is my 3rd week on SW and have so far been 100% and have lost 6lb. However, had my first wobble today and im not sure how badly I've ruined it. Could someone syn it for me and let me know the damage, I WI at home and do not go to a group so do not have access to the online syns thingy. So here goes:

B: 2 boiled eggs
2 wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (HEb)
2 tsps low fat sunflower spread (2 syns?)

L: Tomato and Basil Soup (M&S Cafe) syns ????
2 mini seeded rolls with butter syns ????

D: Jacket Potato
Baked beans
42g low fat cheddar (HEa)

S: 2 mini babybel cheeses (HEa)
Normal bag on maltesers syns ???

Forgot to add that I was aiming for a green day today.

You haven't ruined anything!

Lets say you use the malteasers and the spread for today's syns then you have only the rolls, butter and soup to think about. That won't add up to a huge number of syns - likely not more than 20. Just cut back by a few syns every day between now and weigh-in day and I'm sure you will be fine.
As Circles aaid, you haven't ruined anything. My consultant always says, if you had 21 flowers, and one was wilted, you wouldn't throw them all away.

In terms of oversynning, i don't think you have done too much damage. Soup is not the worst thing you can eat in an m&s cafe.

I also think you need to eat a bit more free & superfree foods - it will help you not eat too many synned foods.

One thing i would recommend is to keep the majority of your syns for the evening, and if you don't mind toast or bread without butter, don't have it! I haven't had spread since i started SW as i feel its a waste of syns.

Start again tomorrow, don't fret about today.
