Newbie on slimming world-help needed.

I joined slimming world on Tuesday but nore sure if i'm doing it right. I'm keeping a food diary and was wondering if anyone would mind casting an eye over it? Just to let me know if i'm doing it right. I'm on EE plan.

Food Diary: Tuesday
250ml semi skimmed milk healthy extra a
Breakfast: Banana superfree food
Lunch: Pasta with peppers and salad dressing 4 Tablespoons. Freefood 8 syns
Pomegranates superfree food
Dinner: Baked potato with Tuna and 1 tablespoon Low Mayo and 1 tablespoon of low fat yogurt with sweetcorn. Freefood
Food Diary: Wednesday
Pasta with peppers. Free food.
250ml of milk HEa
Watermelon free food
Pomegranates free food
Pasta with tiger prawns free food
Oil 10syns
Bar of natural 11syns
Salad dressing 5 syns
Rice crispy cake 11syns
Jacketpotato with beans Free Food
Noodle stir fry FREE
Kiwi Superfree food
250ML of Semi Skimmed Milk

Thursday: Food Diary
250ml semi skimmed milk HEa
Pasta with peppers and hundred thousand dressing FREE and 5 syns
Tablet 10 syns
Ricecrispies 10 syns
Noodles with chicken/ veg FREE
250ML semi Skimmed milk HEa
Noodles for lunch (free)
Watermelon FREE
Pasta with tuna and sweetcorn FREE
Thousand salad dressing 5 SYNS
Extra light Mayo 4SYNS

I'll go through each day.

Tuesday - No HEB choice ( you can have 1 A and 1 B on EE)
I'd have wanted something more substantial for brekfast. (maybe 2x alpen light bars as your HEB)
could have done with some superfree with potato

Again no HEB, but as you said you used oil you can have 1 TBSP as a HEB so knocking 6 syns off the total of 33.
Again remember on EE your meant to have 1/3 superfree at each meal.
There are lots of low syn salad dressings ( some are FREE) that would help

again No HEB. What is Tablet for 10syns?
and need more superfree.

Friday - much the same.

Try to vary what you have each day, your metabolism works best when you keep it on its toes.
Lots of superfree ( not just free)
and hunt about for the low syn things like salad dressing to help keep the syns down. If you think you there isnt anything else you'd use your syns on then by all means keep the salad dressings.
