Hi every1

Done weightwatchers once before on the discover plan, lost about a stone and a half and interest!
it crept back on, well i say crept it was more like BAM im back! lol

Would like to lose around 3 stone as i dont think id suit being overly thing! Im tryin to stay teetotal for a few months to see if that makes a difference as last time i was at university an socialising quite a bit.

finding it all ok so far :) dont like how much crisps have crept up in points values tho :(

any1 else on propoints would love to hear your advice and how ur getting on!

Hiya :) thank you. have my 2nd weigh in tomorow, so i'll see then how well im getting on, I'm feeling healthier though so thats a bonus in its self :D

Healthier is good! Most of this is a mental game and sticking to a good diet and exercise can sometimes be tough, but realize you're tougher and keep pushing. Good luck, i wish you the best

Hiya, I have done WW on and off for over 10 years and always lost really well. However, I love the pro-points plan and first week I lost 3.5lb. Since then (nov 10) I have lost nothing, stayed the same!!!!! So fed up I went to Sw 3 weeks ago, yet still not loosing! I am gutted and don't know what to do. Have always lost weight so well before on WW. Well done on your loss so far, fantastic!!!

and hope u start losing very soon! it is strange that both plans arent working :/ but i suppose sts is better than gaining! hope u find something that works for you soon Xx
