Newbie returns to Atkins

hi everyone im new here and starting the Atkins diet today, i have done this diet before over 7 yrs ago and done really well :D

but over the last year i have gained to much weight through personal reasons, so now its time to get back on track and get me slim me back :D


As things have changed in the diet, how do i start my first few weeks on induction?

any tips or help would be gratfuly appriciated xxxxx

Hi welcome back :), I've only been doing this a week but I don't think there is much difference between the induction phases. I think the new book I'm following is alot less strict than the original but as long as you have the acceptable foods and stick to 20g net carbs it's pretty much the same.
Here's a list from the atkins site http://uk.atkins.com/images/library/phases/Acceptable Foods List for Phase 1.pdf , there is also stickies at the top of this forum to look through.
