hi everyone im new here and starting the Atkins diet today, i have done this diet before over 7 yrs ago and done really well
but over the last year i have gained to much weight through personal reasons, so now its time to get back on track and get me slim me back
As things have changed in the diet, how do i start my first few weeks on induction?
