Where's Skinny Minnie?
Just wanted to say hi, I've not done WW before so everything is new to me. Did SW from November until April and lost a stone, I found the minimins crowd to be a huge help. Certainly not new to dieting though, I'm currently 5 stone through the 7 stone I had to lose.
I struggled with SW because the answer to my plateau supplied by my group leader was always eat more pasta and potatoes etc which I struggled with as I have put a lot of effort into recognising when I am full and only eating within my limits. That's not to say SW doesn't work but I think it's best if you have a large appetite and want to be able to put lots away and still lose.
Anyway (rambling on ) I'm hoping that WW will be more suitable for me as I exercise a lot and this diet takes that into account plus it looks to be the best plan for everyday eating.
I'm going to start a food diary so if anyone gets chance feedback would be greatly appreciated.
