Hiya I started today also had my first vanilla shake this morning... I'm halfway through my 2nd litre of water and have awful headache and feel a little sick :-( I'm sure it will pass its all worth it how's your day? What packs r you planning on using? Gem x

I am starting tomorrow I think once my packs arive ) I previouslt started a year ago and lose 15lbs in my first week. I gave u after that having no willpower but back for good now. No more dreading the "fat" summer in the heat ) Good luck on your journey. Will keep an eye out for progress
