Newbie starting Lsimfast tomorrow

Hi!! Im doing ok, had a few moments of weakness but they are starting to happen less and less lol.

Today my plan is:

B: SF Banana shake
S: Batchelors cuppa soup (around 12)
L: SF Meal bar
S: SF Pretzels
D: Asda GFY Chicken in peppercorn sauce and wedges ready meal and a muller light yoghurt (unless i can think of something to cook!)
S: SF Chocolate snack bar

So far ive stuck to it but my problem is in the evening when im watching tv and the xmas chocs are staring at me!
 
I kno what you mean, im in work and someone has very thoughtfully brought in all of their leftover chocolate, its there sitting looking at me, i caved yesterday and had a after eight, but today I shall win!
