Newbie - Starting on Monday

Hello...
I'm a newbie. I lost 7kg over the summer through diet and exercise, then christmas hit and I went completely back off track. I'm start again with low calorie diet and exercise and planning to get a website up and running about healthy eating and lifestyle in the next few weeks.

So glad I found this, after reading all the threads I don't feel like I'm alone any more!

I'm starting on Monday as it's my 2 year anniversary this weekend and the boyf has got big plans involving restaurants and things...but I've promised him I shall be looking sexier and healthier at our next anniversary.

Lots of weight to lose.....but I know I can do it!

I'm also starting on Tuesday, so I guess we are doing this together.

I've got my 3 month wedding anniversary on Sunday. Am going to make roast lamb and all the trimmings.

Good luck for you! I'm sure we are going to succeed.
