Newbie Starting S&S Tomorrow

I am waiting for my S&S bumper pack to be delivered tomorrow and I have already started a little diary over there so please go and read my boring thoughts.

Oooh snap - I am starting S&S today too 2 packs in and found them (vanilla shake and chicken soup) really tasty. Saving the final 2 for much later today - I am an evening grazer usually so that is my first habit to break!

Good luck with today - you will do brilliantly! I found yesterday ok but its this morning that I feel really good- pleased I stuck to it and feeling positive about the way forward!
