Newbie...starting tomorrow!

Hello All Atkiners :)

I've been reading through the site all week and am taking the plunge tomorrow! My freezer is jammed with meat and fish, I have bacon (not sure about the Nitrates as I looked at all of it at ASDA at it all contains Nitrates), eggs, cheese, salad and cream and I can't wait!

Breakfast - Bacon and Eggs
Lunch - Chicken and avacado salad with Mayo
Tea - Stilton stuffed steak and salad

Would the microwave MiM be suitable for Induction, i gave it a trial run yesterday and big thumbs up!

All day - Fizzy water infused with fresh mint and a slice of fresh ginger

Going to struggle with not having a weekend tipple but will stick it out.

Hope the above sounds ok to the Induction Plan, any tips would be greatly received!

I'd say greens as well. Cabbage, broccoli, etc. Have a good read of the stickies to get more of an idea. Especially read Jim's "So you are thinking of doing Atkins".
Try to get as much variety into your meals as you can to avoid boredom. Good luck and welcome. Post often and get to know us all.

Thanks for all your comments, will definately take a look at the stickys for some ideas! I've just prepped by salad for tomorrow and it's massive and i'm still no where near my 15g of carb of veg! Am i calculating right? From the Carbohydrate Gram Counter in the back of my Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book, 75g of round head lettuce is 0.7g of digesitible carbs (not 1.3 of total carbs).
