Hi Guys and Gals, signed up tonight and starting my soul source programme tomoro, think it'll be tough but seeing how well everyone on here is doing I'm sure I can do it just as well.

Thanks for the support guys, on day 2 now and feeling not too bad, coping better than I thought I would....just trying to get thru my soups/shakes to find my fav's!! Some better than others so far....just cant wait till monday for 1st weigh in!!!
