Newbie still learning! week 3 food diary :)

Hi everyone have joined the forums for a lil extra support. Im in my third week now. First weigh in I lost 5.5lb. Second week I maintained so a litte angry and confused as wanting better results. So thought Id post my food diaries then you can tell me if Im going wrong as I do tend to eat a lot of yoghurt for snacks. I m currently eating upto 4 EXTRA hexs as Im breast feeding my 2 month old son.

Yesterday:

breakfast: bran flakes with ss milk (hex a)

lunch: homemade leek potato and bacon soup with cheese (hex a2) ham mushroom toastie on wholemeal (hex b)

Dinner: homemade chilli (extra lean mince) and rice.

Snacks: Mullerlight x 3, strawberries, banana, apple.

Syns: 1 x jaffa cake = 2.5




Today:
Breakfast: mullerlight n strawberries
Lunch: cheese (hex a) ham mushroom toastie on wholemeal (hex b)
Dinner: rest of chilli with potatoes.
Snacks: 2 x muller light, strawberries, Apple.
Syns: 4 x choc chip cookies ( just gad to get them out the way :p) = 14

Ill prob make a ham n mushroom omelette later on as had an early tea today.

what do you think? too many yogs or should i try avoiding syns? my yogs are always on top of fruit never on their own. if i keep going like this shud i lose?

Today Ive had:

Brekkie: Bacon, Beans, Mushrooms, Eggs & wholemeal toast with flora (3 syns - HEX B)

Lunch: Homemade Leek Potato and Bacon Soup and an apple

Dinner: Chicken Curry & Rice (42g of low fat cheddar HEX A), Cherry Layer Muller Light (2 syns), 2 Jaffa Cakes (5 syns)

Also had 250ml S/S milk Hex A
