Hello All, Just a quick intro from me. I've started slimming world again. This time I'm weighing myself at home as I know what to do and have finally invested in some decent scales - so no excuses. I absolutely refuse to go through another year constantly feeling bloated, tired and lacking in confidence due to my weight. I have a holiday booked in August and would really like to feel relaxed and ok around the pool. Sharing my thoughts and highs/lows in this way works well for me. I have a goal weight in mind which I'll add once I can create a tracker x
