newbie who needs all the help she can get

thanks GG I am not drinking loads of water maybe a couple of glasses a day .....I think that maybe my body isn't meant to lose weight ,
week1 sts...... week2 -3lb......s week3 +2lb ......week 4 sts.......so really in 4 weeks I have only lost 1 lb .........I am goin to give it another go again this week being extra careful and see how I go x
 
Well you certainly don't want to give it up Jem, even if you are sts, look how healthy your diet is now. I'd up the water and maybe up the exercise (easy for me to say, I haven't started the shred that I had delivered last week) but I am going to start it tomorrow 'cause I can't see me losing if I don't. Want to do the shred with me????
 
I think your right GG I need to exercise I have sat on my backside too long .....yes I will do the shred with you .......here's to tomorrow nd thanks again hun x
 
menu for today mon 6th aug

breakfast strawberries,ss/sf banana sf tea ( Hexa)
lunch 2 slicesww br (hexb) 2slice lowlow cheese (rest of hex a) tomato sf lean bacon, strawberries sf/ss cherries sf
dinner 3 lean cooked ham lettuce sf tomato sf onion sf red pepper sf beetroot sf egg salad cr ( 2syns) syn free panna cotta strawberries ss/sf

..................lets hope this will be a better week x
 
Thats a whole lot of Superfree, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be but do keep it up and start the exercise, you will get there hon xx

So did you find the dvd? better still, did you do the dvd???:character00116:. Oh and I meant to ask, have you tried PLJ in your water, I'm drinking at least 4 pints a day with PLJ, it's suppose to aid weight loss but I just like the taste 'cause I find drinking water alone so very boring.
 
hey GG no I haven't found the dvd yet but I did find one with 10min abs so I did that and 15 mins fast pace on the treadmill...going to do treadmill again shortly ...will keep lookin tho x

Breakfast ...... 1 1/2 slices toast (8 syns) skim marmalade (1syn) tea ( hexA) had breakfast at a friends hence the white bread

Lunch ............... strawberries ss/sf nectarine sf banana sf , sw angel delight

Dinner ............. sw kfc chicken( hexB) , lettuce sf, tomatoes sf, peppers sf, cabbage sf, onion sf, carrot sf, tablsp salad cr (2syns)


Managed to drink to 1 ltre water today , went on the treadmill twice done some 10min abs workout ....hopefully will be on the road to a good loss next week

Intake looked great Jem well done on the treadmill! I went for a mile run this morning and walked a mile tonight, trying to get some exercise!

hi Stevie ..the kfc was delish although I changed the spices that I used this time and son wasn't too keen ,but I really enjoyed it , hope your keepin well

hi Star yes I managed to go on the treadmill yesterday and the second time I actually jogged half of the time ..thats something for me lol.... not sure if I can manage twice everyday but will give it my best ...need to do something to boost a weight loss x

oh dear ...my legs are sore too I done another 2x 20mins on treadmill of which half I jogged and 2x10min ab exercises ..... if WE haven't lost weight this week I 'm gonna scream lol x

as promised here is the recipe............

1 cup skimmed milk (hexA)
2 cups fat free natural yoghurt
1/4 cup boiling water
1 tablsp gelatin powder
vanilla extract
sweetener

combine milk and vanilla and bring to the boil ... add sweetner at this stage what ever you want (I added 1 tablesp but I would have prefered more )cool to room temp. mix in yoghurt add gelatine to boiling water and stir till disolved add to yoghurt mix pour into 4 dishes chill and set ......enjoy......if I have got it wrong and its NOT syn free please let me know.

I used my hexa milk as over 4 days it would only be part of my allowance
