thanks GG I am not drinking loads of water maybe a couple of glasses a day .....I think that maybe my body isn't meant to lose weight ,
week1 sts...... week2 -3lb......s week3 +2lb ......week 4 sts.......so really in 4 weeks I have only lost 1 lb .........I am goin to give it another go again this week being extra careful and see how I go x

. Oh and I meant to ask, have you tried PLJ in your water, I'm drinking at least 4 pints a day with PLJ, it's suppose to aid weight loss but I just like the taste 'cause I find drinking water alone so very boring.
