    Hey, Im in my 1st week of RC, and am really enjoying it, just am wondering what sort of weight losses have other members had?

    Hi there :) I lost 2.5lbs in my first week. My mum had her 1st week weigh in tonight and she lost 6lbs :D I think mine was lower because I've been losing weight for over a year now, so my weight loss has slowed down and I was expecting a lowish number in my first week of RC :)

    Healthy eating whilst breast feeding
    I lost 4lb in my first week, then weeks 2 and 3 came to 5lb. I'm aiming for 2lb a week now although the last two weeks has just been 1lb but that's without much exercise. I've lost 13lb in 6 weeks which I'm happy about plus I've lost about an inch around my waist and hips.

    Lost 3 in week one, week 2 is Wednesday am hoping for another 3 but will see how i get on. Not had the best weekend food wise.
