Hi there I lost 2.5lbs in my first week. My mum had her 1st week weigh in tonight and she lost 6lbs I think mine was lower because I've been losing weight for over a year now, so my weight loss has slowed down and I was expecting a lowish number in my first week of RC

I lost 4lb in my first week, then weeks 2 and 3 came to 5lb. I'm aiming for 2lb a week now although the last two weeks has just been 1lb but that's without much exercise. I've lost 13lb in 6 weeks which I'm happy about plus I've lost about an inch around my waist and hips.
