Newbie with questions!

I never worried too much about the veggies Sparkles, even on induction I just measured by eye more than anything, providing it's green leafy veggies I wouldn't worry about eating too much.
 
Hi everyone

Thought I would update. Day six and all is going well, definitely in ketosis and I am enjoying the cooking and generally feeling really good about myself :D

I HATE eggs though and really need to start to get something sorted for quick breakfasts - I am simply not prepared to pay for the atkins bars!

I have weighed myself a few times and have definitely lost, which is great but even better I can already see a change in my body.

I want to get to Friday living the way I normally do to see how I do just with the diet, then I can not wait to get exercising - knowing that even bit I do is burning the fat straight off my bones is a great motivater!
