Hi Baker, i'm on day 5 now, not finding it too difficult, i'm not really hungry at all it's just the temptation side of things. Finding myself on here all the time, the support and encouragement is so helpful and managed to keep me on track. Good luck with your weight loss journey!
you'll prob find yourself on here alot its very supportive and also helps to know that there are people out there that can support you when it get tough.
I am on day 16 now and it goes so fast i'm not hungry at all and I agree its just the temptation side of things and knowing when to say no thanks lol.

Try and hang in there and give it time......everyone is different ...try to get through the week...you will love the results of your first weigh in if you give it a go......and you will feel better soon...PROMISE!!! Talk to your CDC about water flavorings they can help some people get the required H2O down easier. Keep us posted how you are doing. Rememeber why you started CD.......give it a chance. Best wishes
Hey everyone I'm currently on day 10 doing SS+ and am managing great during the day and especially when i'm at work but the worst time is when i'm watching the tv on an evening.
My first week I found it so difficult to drink 4 pints of water as I can't the waste. my CDC advised me to try it with the flavouring. Oh my god how different can it be with such a little flavour in it.
I had my weigh in on day 5 due to my shifts and was over the moon with an 8lb loss.
Girls keep it going. We all started this for a reason. it does really work so stick to it and you'll soon see the results

Welcome Baker and good luck with your CD journey. I am on something like day 73 and I never thought that I would get this far and that the time would go so quick.
Stick with the plan 100%, drink plenty of water and come on here for plenty of support, advice and encouragement.
This is an awesome diet it you give it chance. And once ketosis is well and truly established and the weight is coming off the time should fly by.
Charley - stick with it, as imagisal says it can take people a different amount of time to get into ketosis but you will. Just distract yourself with a good book or a magazine or a dvd. I have had plenty of baths and early nights since starting this diet. Good luck!
