Hi everyone, I received my Alli today and hope to start with it tomorrow. I would welcome any advice you could give me. For instance would it be a good idea to buy in some Weight Watchers ready meals?

HI and good luck on Alli. I'm taking xenical from the GP, same stuff just stronger.

I do use ww meals when they are on special offer and take them to work when I am working afternoons. I find the portions too small unless you add loads of extra veg but they are handy for work. I won't buy them unless they are on special offer cos are too expensive, but Morrisons had about 4 meals on 1/2 price when I did the shopping.

I suppose its all about personal choice and preference (and budget!)

Thank you Vakwi, Iceland's WW meals are £1 & £1.50 for the savoury meals, the desserts etc I didn't look at so I'm not sure. I thought if I had some in for back up. I agree they are very small and I have a large appetite.
You seem to be having great success with the Xenical, congratulations.

I will try Iceland next time I'm around I dont mind paying that amount and like you say they are a good backup.
