    Hiya

    Im new to this so really dont know wot to write, so ill start by sayin a big hello to everyone. :D

    Im not too sure what to do/say/write etc so any tips would be appreciated to point me in the right direction.

    I'm currently doing the weight watchers diet and would love some helpful tips on snacking etc. I have tried slimming world before but find weight watchers so much better. Im currently on 20 points a day and stick to the same food pretty much so wouldnt mind some ideas on QUICK foods. Ive got 3 children and work part time so quickness for me is a deffinate MUST.

    I hope to hear from anyone that can help.

    I am doing SW so can't help you with food ideas, but if you go to the weight watchers sub forum I am sure they have lots of recipes and ideas in there!
