I have just ordered a weeks worth of exante to see how i get on,i have been trying to diet since feb and have only lost 3 and a half pound so i have decided to try the exante.I have been reading a few posts and the results that people have been getting are amazing.Hope to start on tuesday I will probably have lots of questions as i go along. I am that excited i forgot to say hi to everyone.

wow stives that is brilliant, I have got a weekend away after my week 7 so I hope i do as well as you !!! are you on 3 meals a day or 4 ? hope you dont mind me asking , congrats again x

I did Cambridge last year so did a week on that to use up my left over shakes then moved to Exante. I've lost 16.5lbs in 3 weeks. I really like Exante - the shakes are much nicer than CD and the bars are delicious - not like diet bars at all. I like the fact you can order online and get it delivered too as I had to drive miles to get my CD supplies.
Lots more to lose but determined to finish the job this time.

Good luck when you start, tomorrow is it? Just started yesterday so this is my first week too. My mate and I did LL last year and he lost loads but like me put it all back on after returning to old habits. Expecting him to start soon too after he tries some of my bumper pack. All the best with it.

Thanks for the welcome There seems to be a lot of good results which is giving me even more incentive.I am hoping to start tomorrow if my order is delivered then if not it will be wednesday.I am off to florida 6 weeks tomorrow so i am hoping to be weighing a good stone lighter by then.
