Extra Easy NEWBIE.

Hey everyone, I found this sight whilst googling slimming world help, I was lurking at first and thought all the posts seem really friendly so thought I'd join :)

I started SW EE plan today, I went to my 1st meeting last night and weighed in at 12st 1.5 lbs!

Im struggling to get used to the plan! any tips?

Also I was just wondering as this is my 1st day does this sound ok...

Breakfast: Strawberries,200ml of skimmed milk.
Snack: Grapes, Apple
Lunch: WW tuna, mayo and sweetcorn from a tin on white bread.
Snack:apple, grapes
Tea: Jacket spud with beans.
Late night snack: Mullerlight toffe yoghurt with bannana.
Extra Late snack(oops lol) WW cornetto.

Does this sound ok?

Is there anything in oarticular you are struggling with ???

your day sounds ok although you dont seem to have had any Healthy extra B ?? and there was white bread , did you syn this ?? if you swapped white bread for WW wholemeal or nimble it would have been good . Do you know how many syns in the cornetto ??
you also need to try and make sure your meals are 1/3 super free , you didnt appear to have any super free for munch or tea ??

You will soon the hang of it , it can take a while but coming on here will help a lot :)
hey thanks for you're reply! Im trying to have more fruit than veg as I hate veg! not good! Oh no I didnt syn the bread uh oh, il remember get ww wholemeal next time im at the shop.
I found a thread on here saying the cornettos were 6 and a half syns in one.

i just feel soo lost because i couldnt go shopping today and meeting was last night i was stuck what to eat today. Heb is this just basically breakfast cereal, so why hifi bars, arent these pointless
