Hey everyone, I found this sight whilst googling slimming world help, I was lurking at first and thought all the posts seem really friendly so thought I'd join 
I started SW EE plan today, I went to my 1st meeting last night and weighed in at 12st 1.5 lbs!
Im struggling to get used to the plan! any tips?
Also I was just wondering as this is my 1st day does this sound ok...
Breakfast: Strawberries,200ml of skimmed milk.
Snack: Grapes, Apple
Lunch: WW tuna, mayo and sweetcorn from a tin on white bread.
Snack:apple, grapes
Tea: Jacket spud with beans.
Late night snack: Mullerlight toffe yoghurt with bannana.
Extra Late snack(oops lol) WW cornetto.
Does this sound ok?
