Hi all!
I'm new to cc. Have been on Atkins for about 6 weeks and lost just over a stone. Have decided to switch to cc as I was finding Atkins too limiting and I was craving all of the foods I wasn't allowed. Plus I have stepped up the exercise side of things and was finding it difficult to run with no carbs in me!
I've ordered 40 day shred and it arrived today-eeek hope it doesn't kill me!
Am aiming for 1200-1400 cals per day and I'm using MFP to track.
Looking forward to getting to know you all, I'll set up a diary this evening
