as Im new to this have been doing red for 3 days going to give green ago 2day and try ee fri as going wedding shopping with my daughter and going to nando's for lunch anybody know how much syns 1/2 chicken spicy rice and corn on the cob would be

Take a look in the eating out section as there are numerous threads about Nando's

Just had a look for you... the corn on the cob is Free and the spicy rice (per portion) is 2.5 syns... all values are for Green and EE

Hiya! There's no mention of Chicken spicy rice, just spicy rice... here's the syn values for some chicken to give you an idea

Quarter Chicken Breast & Wing, per serving 8½ 8½ 22

Quarter Chicken Leg & Thigh, per serving 7½ 7½ 17½


I'm guessing that's because it has skin on, so if the chicken in the rice doesn't seem very fatty and has no skin on I'd assume it was free... but I'd use your own judgement as to how greasy you think it is xx
