Just had a look for you... the corn on the cob is Free and the spicy rice (per portion) is 2.5 syns... all values are for Green and EE :)

Hiya! There's no mention of Chicken spicy rice, just spicy rice... here's the syn values for some chicken to give you an idea

Quarter Chicken Breast & Wing, per serving 22

Quarter Chicken Leg & Thigh, per serving 17½


I'm guessing that's because it has skin on, so if the chicken in the rice doesn't seem very fatty and has no skin on I'd assume it was free... but I'd use your own judgement as to how greasy you think it is xx
