I've done pretty much every diet you can think
of!! I lost a couple of stone on the Cambridge diet previously, but it was unsustainable.

I have a lot of weight to lose, it's not a vanity thing, it's a health thing. I also have PCOS so would like to start a family at some point, which I need to lose weight to do.

I'm about to hit day 5 and so far, I've found it
ok and quite easy. It is the extra easy plan I suppose :)

My first weigh in day is tomorrow, I hope it
goes well :)

Hi Kelly!

Lovely to hear that you have started SW. I think that food optimising is the most sustainable of all the plans I've tried and am really enjoying learning how to change my eating habits for life.

I have a lot of weight to loose too but I'm one stone down after being on slimming world for 5 weeks. This forum is full of support and advice, so I'm sure you'll find lots of great ideas.
