Just had my last shake of the day, still having to neck them but I'm not heaving anymore so that's good!
End of day 5 roll on day 6!
 
Well done that is great start and it gets easier and you are breezing the hardest days
 
I forgot to post my starting weight/measurements etc when I first started my diary so I'll post them now :)

Friday 20th January 2012

Weight 15 stone 2 lbs
B.M.I 36.6
Waist 44 inches
Hips 50 inches
Bust 44 inches
Thigh 25 inches
Arm 14 inches
dress size 20/22 depending on the shop!

I'll post my weekly weigh ins every week but my measurements I'll do every 4 weeks (next one 17th feb)

I'm hoping to get to around 10 stone 5 lbs which is at the top end of my healthy weight range for my height
(5ft 4") approximately a dress size 12 depending on where I feel most comfortable (don't want to lose my curves)
 
First weigh in today I've lost 3lbs :( so my new weight is 14 stone 13lbs, disappointing but its ok it's my own fault for eating yesterday but I defiantly won't be making that mistake again!
5 days 100% 6th day almost 100% till I blown it by having half a bowl of pasta! Day 7 a new beginning :)
