Hi, I'm Hayley, I'm 31 with 3 daughters. I have returned to college and am hoping to do a degree in Primary Education this September. One thing that I feel holds me back is my weight. I am at the heaviest I have ever been and am lacking confidence. I don't feel like I am the best mum that I could be as I never have any energy! I have decided I need to try and get back to a healthy weight so I can start enjoying life. I am thinking of following the WW pro points plan but don't really have enough time to go to group and as a student not much money. I am wondering if I will be able to find enough information on here and the net to do it alone or whether to join WW even for a couple of weeks to get me started?

Hi Hayley, welcome!

Why don't you have a look on the WW board on here and see what info is available, then take it from there?

You'll get lots of friendly support and advice on here! :)

Worth joining a class so you get the current set of books. Then see whether you need the support of a class or able to do it alone.

Good luck.

Irene xx
