Well done, thanks for the info on the mince. Well done on nando's certainly don't think I could have been that good. I miss chicken with skin and fat on meat the most, horrible sounding I know !
 
Diaries looking good! I get extra lean mince from sainsburys but really struggle to find it elsewhere.

I love nandos! Spicy rice is only 2.5 (I struggle to resist the chips tho!) :)

Nandos is now definatly my go to place for eating out, tbh some of the skin from the chicken probably did slip through the net (dont tell anyone!)

@calajul i miss fat on bacon when it goes all crispy and brown mmmmm so i think thats just as weird as the fat on chicken :)
 
Tuesdays Diary:

Breakfast:
Scrambled egg
2 slices wholemeal toast (hexb)

Lunch:
Today will just be fruit and a couple of babybell lights (hexa) as i'm starting work at 12 and finishing at 6 so will only have half hour break and it will pprobably be about 3 so too late to eat a proper meal as will have dinner soon after.

Dinner:
Roast chicken, Potatoes in frylight, peas, tenderstem broccoli, cauliflower and some gravy (2syns)

Strawberries and blueberries for after

Pink wafers for later on (2syns each) will probably have 3 as havent had many syns today.

Actually eaten quite late tonight so not sure if i will have anything else, so stuffed, sw chips are the most filling thing ever!

Mid afternoon:

Potato skins- Cooked jacket, scoop out inside mix with cheese allowance in this case 6 dairylea extra light triangles, chives, cooked lean bacon, turkey slices.

Serve with a big salad
 
Had dinner and decided i have completely gone off the laughing cow triangles, they make everything taste plasticy and processed!! Yukkk Will stick to my babybel lights which are still a bit plasticy but dont leave a horrible taste in my mouth!
